Home Inspection Services

Home Inspections

The primary goal of a home inspection is to protect your interest by identifying and reporting the need for major repairs, unsafe conditions, general maintenance items, and/or builder oversights. It is an overall, non-invasive, detailed analysis of the condition of a home at the time of inspection. A typical inspection will take 2-4 hours to conduct depending on the size and condition of the home.  We encourage our clients to attend the inspection to learn about the property. We review our findings and make recommendations for items needing repair and areas of concern that require further professional evaluation. We take digital pictures throughout and include them in our report. Our reports are posted online and available for download in .pdf format.

“Tripp was great to work with. He is very detail oriented, documents and takes the time to explain everything means. I’ve actually used him twice in the past year since the first house I decided not to move forward with. Because of his eye for detail and documenting what he found, it made it easy for me to request repairs from the seller and then follow up and see what was, and what was not completed. 10/10, I would use his services again.”
